Commonwealth v. T.R. - Robbery and Abduction - REDUCED TO MISDEMEANORS
Client, who has no prior criminal record, was charged as part of a mob which lured an individual to a hotel room to imprison and rob him. After investigating the case thoroughly, Ms. Harris presented a compelling argument for diminished culpability . . . and eventually the prosecutor agreed. Client's charges were reduced to misdemeanors, thereby saving him from becoming a convicted felon for the rest of his life.
Ms. Harris was named one of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2014, "Top 40 Under 40" in 2015, "Top Lawyer" by Who's Who Global Directory, and a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2016.
