Commonwealth v. Q.F. - Felony Mob Assault - DISMISSED
CASE RESULT: Commonwealth v. Q.F. - Felonious Mob Assault - DISMISSED!
Client innocently patronized a local business with her friends to buy a sandwich. Unfortunately, a rogue security guard began harassing one of her party outside, calling her names and threatening her. Male members of the party intervened, and a scuffle was likely to ensue. Client ran outside to break it up, and a melee began. Client was unwittingly caught in the crossfire and charged with felonious mob assault - which, if convicted, would have cost her a mandatory minimum of FIVE YEARS in prison.
This case was a tricky one to unravel. Initial investigation revealed many inconsistent accounts, a questionable "victim", and missing evidence. Based upon the totality of the circumstances, our lawyers wasted no time forcibly mounting an intensive defense. Their advocacy carried the day, as the Commonwealth DISMISSED the case against her in its entirety.
