Commonwealth v. D.A. - Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor through Sodomy- DISMISSED
Client, a 19 year old, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor (his alleged 16 year old girlfriend). The minor victim's parents were extremely concerned and wished to press charges. However, after multiple court appearances, challenging the evidence, and intensive negotiation, the Commonwealth DISMISSED the charges.
