Client had issues with his medication and started experiences symptoms of his mental health issues which caused some erratic behavior. Client was charged with trespassing, illegal possession of a gun, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Client was held without bond. Then, we successfully negotiated an plea agreement where client was required to do 6 months of probation and all charges would be dismissed. Additionally, client would not be violated on his suspended jail time from the DUI. This allowed client to received free mental health services and housing assistance.
