Description:Client was charged federally with committing obscene acts in a national park and accompanying misdemeanor charges. There was a parallel child protective services investigation. After our own investigation with the appropriate agencies and a sentencing hearing, client was found guilty of disorderly conduct and given probation with no fine or jail time.
