Description: Juvenile client was accused of assault and battery and weapons offenses after shooting a bb gun at another student off of school grounds. He was immediately suspended from classes. After negotiating with the school board and attending a school board administrative hearing, the student was able to perform minimal sanctions in lieu of expulsion.

What Happens Now?

If you are incarcerated, we will contact you in the jail where you are held, and we will remain in contact throughout the pendency of your case. If you are able to come in to the office, we will ask you to come meet in person as soon as possible.
