Commonwealth v. S.T. - Burglary - DISMISSED

July 2015

Client was charged with burglary after entering the home of a woman while she was sleeping. Client was disoriented. Client had no recollection of entering her home and no prior intent to harm her or commit a felony. After several months of investigating the case, meeting with all the parties, and crafting a careful plan to prevent a re-occurrence, the case was ultimately DISMISSED.  Client avoided a felony on his record, will be able to expunge this offense, and will likely be able to maintain his security clearance.

What Happens Now?

If you are incarcerated, we will contact you in the jail where you are held, and we will remain in contact throughout the pendency of your case.
