Commonwealth v. Paul S. (Illegal weapon and possession of marijuana)

Description: Client was pulled over for a traffic infraction, and upon searching the car, the officer found an illegally concealed weapon within reach of the driver, and marijuana in the passenger seat.  After fierce negotiation with the prosecutor, the charges were all dismissed after a period of uniform good behavior.  The client was free to move on with his life and served no jail time.

What Happens Now?
