Commonwealth v. M.H., Domestic Assault DISMISSED

Client alleged to have assaulted his wife.  Evidence included 911 call, photographs, and witness statements.  After discussions with the prosecutor as to the strength of the case, the Commonwealth DISMISSED the charges against our client.
