Description: Client was charged with six weapons offenses and a serious drug offense which all implicated mandatory minimums.  Despite the presumption against bond in this case, Ms. Harris successfully argued for her client's release, who is now home, working, and taking care of family pending the trial in this matter.

What Happens Now?
