CASE RESULT: Commonwealth v. F.R. - Larceny - DISMISSED

Client, a local student struggling with depression and anxiety in the wake of trauma, was charged with shoplifting from a local store. Harris & Carmichael worked fervently to prepare a package humanizing client to the authorities, coordinating mental health treatment and other concerns. In the end, victory was achieved with a full DISMISSAL, allowing client to continue with schooling on the way to an advanced degree.
