Commonwealth v. Chavez-Hernandez (Accessory to Murder case)

August 2014

Case Conclusion: August, 2014

Description:  Client was charged as an accessory to homicide for a local gang-related murder, and was held without bond for several weeks.  After investigating the case and challenging the prosecutor in court, we succeeded in getting the client released on bond to return with family pending trial.  Subsequently, after acknowledging problems with evidence in the case, all charges were dismissed and client walked away a free person.
